3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date.

4. User-Generated Content

Our Services, particularly Diatech Studio, allow you to create, upload, and store content, such as designs, images, and text ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Upload or generate any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying models of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.
